AI Smart Grouping

AI Smart Grouping uses artificial intelligence to automatically analyze tab content and create intelligent groups based on purpose, topic, and context rather than just website domains.

How to Access

Choose any of these methods:

1. Bottom Menu: Click the three dots (⋯) icon → "AI Smart Grouping"
2. Window Header: Right-click on window header → "AI Smart Grouping"
3. Multi-Selection: Select multiple tabs → Right-click → "AI Smart Grouping"

Requirements

• Account Login: Requires signing in to your VertiTab account
• Internet Connection: Needs active connection for AI processing

Grouping Options

Only Ungrouped Tabs

When enabled, AI only analyzes tabs that aren't already in groups, preserving your existing organization.

Use Existing Groups

When enabled, AI can add tabs to your current groups if they match the group's purpose or topic.

Use Preset Groups

When enabled, AI can use your predefined group names from settings as organization templates.

Add Emoji

When enabled, AI adds relevant emojis to group names for better visual identification.

Custom Rules

Provide specific instructions (up to 200 characters) to guide AI grouping:

• "Group by work vs personal content"
• "Separate research from shopping"
• "Group by programming languages"
• "Organize by project names"

1. Content Analysis: AI examines tab titles, URLs, and page context
